Following acting as Reporting Accountant on the merger of London & Stamford Property plc and Metric Property Investments Limited, to form LondonMetric Property plc. BDO undertook financial and tax due diligence on four separate acquisitions of distribution assets during 2013, as LondonMetric focused on repositioning its investment portfolio.
