BDO acted as reporting accountant on the placing and offer for subscription by Supermarket Income REIT plc and establishment of a 150m share issuance programme.
The placing and offer for subscription raised the target amount of £65m which will be used to make further investments in operational properties let to UK supermarket operators.
BDO also acted on the IPO of Supermarket Income REIT plc on the Specialist Fund Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange in June 2017.
