Project Better Energy Group, a leading independent clean technology and heating solutions provider has received an investment from Freshstream Investment Partners LLP. The Group provides green solutions including solar, electric vehicle chargers, air-sourced hot water cylinders and infrared heaters to the residential, commercial and public sectors.
The investment will support the growth of the Group’s product range and customer footprint allowing it to accelerate its expansion plans.
BDO completed financial and tax vendor due diligence services with respect to this transaction. Strong use of data analytics enabled BDO to highlight key value drivers and KPI trends across the Group’s existing and new divisions.
