BDO has provided due diligence support to Centrica Energy Limited on its strategic investment in Gasrec Limited.
Centrica Energy (part of Centrica plc), a global energy trading group, has made a strategic investment in Gasrec, a designer, builder and operator of bio-LNG and bio-CNG refuelling stations and a supplier of renewable gas fuel to road transport fleets. The investment allows Centrica Energy to enhance its collaboration with a leading company in the sector and places it in a position to support Gasrec in its bio-LNG and bio-CNB supply offerings.
