BDO acted as reporting accountant for the IPO of Revolution Beauty Group Plc.
Revolution Beauty is a global mass beauty and personal care retailer which sells its range of own-branded makeup, skincare and haircare products in 11,000 stores across the world and online. Revolution sells its products both direct-to-consumers via its e-commerce platform and in both physical and digital retailers through wholesale relationships. Retail partners include Superdrug, Boots and ASOS in the UK, and Target and ULTA in the US.
The Revolution brand was launched in 2014 by entrepreneurs Adam Minto and Tom Allsworth (co-founders and joint CEOs) with the vision of creating an innovative and creative make-up brand with a focus on quality makeup, accessible to everyone with speed to market at the forefront of the agenda.
The Group's admission to AIM will provide the business with significant cash to drive future growth plans including an expansion of the direct-to-consumer sales platform, adding new retail partners and creating new brands whilst taking advantage of the significant opportunities for global expansion.
