London & Stamford Property And Metric Property Investments Merger

BDO acted as the reporting accountant on the £811m merger of London & Stamford Property plc with Metric Property Investments plc to form LondonMetric Property plc.  

This represents a significant merger of two REITS listed on the Official List of the London Stock Exchange and builds on BDO's extensive experience in the Real Estate sector.
