Ross Trustees has merged with Independent Trustee Services, with the combined businesses forming Independent Governance Group, to become the UK's leading provider of professional pensions trusteeship and governance services with a combined £340bn of assets under governance.
BDO provided due diligence services to Ross Trustees and LDC, who invested in Ross Trustees in 2020 and who have provided additional funding to support this transaction. BDO previously provided due diligence services to LDC on its initial investment into Ross Trustees.
