Reeve the Baker is a third-generation, family-owned artisan bakery chain operating 13 stores across Wiltshire, Dorset and Hampshire, supported by a central production facility in Wilton, Salisbury.

Piper's investment will support Reeve the Baker's next phase of growth across the south of England and into new market towns.

BDO Debt Advisory successfully advised Piper on securing a flexible financing package to fund the acquisition and provide additional growth capital to support the company's planned expansion programme.
