It secured a significant minority investment from LDC in the summer of 2020.
BDO supported Aker Systems Ltd in raising finance to fund a post-investment earn-out and repay loan notes. The innovative debt structure has an in-built capability of increasing leverage as the business grows without the need to amend the document.
