Refinancing of NPW

Our London transaction services team provided financial due diligence services to NPW and Clydesdale Bank in relation to a £310m provision of funding by Clydesdale. NPW designs, sources and sells impulse-buy giftware products to retailers in the UK, Europe and North America.
