Sale of Clifford Thames Limited to OEConnection Holdings

Clifford Thames, the international vehicle data management company, has been sold by LDC to US based automotive technology provider OEConnection Holdings, LLC. BDO is delighted to have worked with LDC and Clifford Thames on the transaction.
