Sale of Colpac Limited to Sabert Corporation

BDO has advised the shareholders of Colpac Limited ("Colpac") on the sale to Sabert Corporation ("Sabert"), a global manufacturer of disposable packaging products specialising in food and tableware markets. 

Colpac is a leading sustainable food services packaging company - designing and manufacturing innovative, functional and sustainable solutions from the UK supplying domestic and international customers.
