Sale of Davidson Holdings Limited to Genuit Group plc

BDO has provided M&A sell-side advisory services to the shareholders of Davidson Holdings Limited (“Davidson”) relating to its sale to Genuit Group plc ("Genuit") for an enterprise value of £49 million. Davidson manages successful and reputable manufacturing businesses in the branded plumbing products markets. Genuit is the UK's largest provider of sustainable water, climate and ventilation solutions for the built environment, it is listed on the London Stock Exchange.
