BDO has provided vendor financial and tax due diligence to Lendco Limited on its sale to Cerberus Capital Management, on behalf of selling shareholders Cabot Square Capital.
Lendco is one of the UK's fastest-growing specialist Buy-to-Let and Bridging lenders. Since its establishment in 2018 as a strategic joint venture between Cabot Square and SPF Private Clients, Lendco has lent nearly £3 billion and recently completed its seventh, and largest to date, securitisation under its Atlas funding programme.
