Sale of Matrix Realty Investments Limited to Assura Group

Our M&A team acted as lead adviser to the shareholders of Matrix Realty Investments Limited on the successful sale of the company to Assura Group, a specialist healthcare property investor and developer.                 

This is a significant and exciting development for the two companies, enabling Assura to further grow its healthcare property portfolio, following on from the successful £107m disposal of Matrix Realty Holdings.
