I'm a highly experienced Managing Director in our advisory team with over 25 years' experience in mid-market M&A. My work spans sales mandates, acquisitions, management buy-outs, private equity and debt fundraising and solvent restructuring.

While I've worked across numerous sectors, I have specific experience in Financial Services and lead our national M&A focus on the insurance sector. I've led many high-profile insurance transactions and specialise in working with brokers, intermediaries and distribution businesses as well as service providers to the wider insurance industry.
