Sale of MFP Sales Ltd (and certain assets of MFP Plastics Ltd) by Grafton Group plc to Wienerberger AG

BDO has provided M&A sell-side advisory services to Grafton Group plc (“Grafton”) relating to the sale of MFP Sales Ltd (and certain assets of MFP Plastics Ltd) (“MFP”). MFP manufactures a range of plastic sewage and drainage pipes, cable ducting pipes, roofline and rainwater products, based in Dublin, Ireland. Wienerberger is an international building products group listed in Austria.
