Sale of Sure Maintenance Group to Lakehouse plc

The BDO M&A team advised the shareholders of Sure Maintenance Group Limited (“Sure Group”) on its sale to Lakehouse plc, the Main Market listed asset and energy support services group that constructs, improves, maintains and provides services to homes, schools and public buildings.

Sure Group provides gas servicing, maintenance and installations to social housing clients across North England and the West Midlands. 

The acquisition of Sure Group extends Lakehouse plc’s geographic footprint in the gas servicing and maintenance market and provides a platform to sell a wider range of compliance services into its existing client base.
