BDO’s Building Products & Services M&A team has, over the past year, advised the AIM listed group, Ensor Holdings PLC, on the sale of its subsidiaries:
• the sale of Technocover Limited, a leading manufacturer and installer of high-security steel access products, to Hill & Smith Holdings PLC;
• the sale of OSA Door Parts Limited, a manufacturer and distributor of industrial doors, to South African based Argent industrial Limited;
• the sale of Ellard Limited, a designer, manufacturer and distributor of electric drives for automated doors and barriers to the Swedish group Indutrade AB; and
• the sale of Wood’s Packaging Limited, a distributer of packaging materials to the Harrison family.
