Our Business Services M&A team has advised the shareholders of Tudor Group Limited (Tudor) on its sale to Atlas FM Limited (Atlas). Tudor, backed by Foresight, specialises in office, stadium accommodation and window cleaning, and also offers building and technical services for its multi-sector client base.
Atlas FM is one of the fastest-growing, owner-operated and acquisitive support services operators in the UK. With the addition of Tudor, Atlas employs over 11,000 people at over 6,000 sites, working with many of Britain's best-known brands. A strong cultural alignment and a shared customer-focused ethos exists between the two companies, and this was a major driver for the successful acquisition.
