I'm a Managing Director and corporate adviser to company boards. I've completed many high-profile UK and cross-border M&A transactions ranging from £10m to £100m. I head up Business Services M&A, where I've developed a reputation for transforming businesses and enhancing shareholder wealth. I'm frequently quoted in national industry media as a leading voice in end markets such as facilities management.

I work with both listed and private or venture capital-backed companies, and a number of my completed transactions have won awards or been highlighted as stand-out deals in the sector. I joined in 2005, having previously been an M&A Director at a listed group and spent several years at Ernst and Young in Corporate Finance. I originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC in 1999 and I'm a Fellow of the ICAEW and a Chartered Member of the Securities Institute.

I'm also executive sponsor of our CEDAR network, a strategic element of our roadmap to increase representation and leadership for ethnically diverse colleagues. I was selected as a Batonbearer for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games in recognition of my commitment to championing workplace equality.
