BDO provided corporate finance services to the Trustees and Directors of Walker Books, a leading global independent publisher of children's books, on its sale to Trustbridge Global Media, a global children’s content company owned by Trustbridge Partners.
The transaction is considered an important step forward for Walker Books and will provide its companies with enhanced ability to access new markets and help accelerate growth and expansion in publishing and other media.
