I've worked in corporate finance since 2005 and have significant experience across most aspects, including financial due diligence, capital markets, valuations, restructuring and M&A, as well as forensic investigations and pension covenant reviews.

I specialise in the UK mid-market and have extensive cross-border experience, having acted for purchasers throughout Europe, the Middle East, South East Asia and the US.

I graduated from the University of Edinburgh and am a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
