On 21 July 2017, Supermarket Income REIT plc was admitted to trading on the Specialist Funds Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. It raised £100m from a placing and offer for subscription that it will invest in a portfolio of supermarket real estate assets in the UK, providing long-term, RPI-linked income. BDO acted as reporting accountants on the transaction.
