Our Midlands Lead Advisory and Transaction Services Team's have recently provided advice to The UK Drainage Network Limited ("UKDN") on its second acquisition in as many months. The acquisition of Drain Control, a leading independent drainage business in the South East, follows the recent merger with the Waterflow Group and further expands the UKDN commercial client base and service offering. This is the second of a planned series of acquisitions and follows on from the successful fund-raise with Lyceum Capital in 2010 which was also initiated and led by BDO. Since this investment BDO has worked alongside the Board of UKDN to further develop its growth strategy, research acquisition opportunities and originate off market deals.
