The emerging tax implications of COVID-19 for Housing Associations

Date: 13 May 2020
Time: 12:00 - 13:00

  • Summary

As housing associations react to the economic impact of COVID-19, some important tax considerations are emerging. This webinar will provide insight into some of these key areas, assisting with managing your corporate tax and VAT, now and in the months to come.

We will be joined by colleagues from Devonshire’s Law Firm, who will then pick up on the legal and regulatory issues associated with these areas, including change of tenure and funding/supporting subsidiaries. We’ll round the webinar up with an interactive Q&A session.

While we will refer to the wider Government initiatives announced in response to the COVID-19 situation and how these may impact your tax or VAT position, we will not be going into detail with each one – instead, you may find our government support section on our COVID-19 hub useful.

12pm  - Start
12.45pm - Q&A
1pm - close
