31 August 2016

The role of forensic accountants in international investigations

In the recently published sixth edition of The International Investigations Review, partners from BDO’s forensic services team have authored an introductory chapter outlining the role of the forensic accountant within international investigations. Gavin Williamson and Stephen Peters discuss the recent diversification of the role especially in relation to globalisation and the increasingly international nature of corporations.

The publication, which covers 21 international jurisdictions, highlights the major issues and critical characteristics of these countries’ legal systems.
