Proud award sponsor for The Charity Awards 2019
22 May 2019
Once again, we’re delighted to be sponsoring the International Aid & Development category at The Charity Awards 2019, being held in London on 5 June 2019. These prestigious awards, organised by Civil Society News, are held to identify, recognise and reward a wide range of organisations that perform exceptional work across a number of areas of charitable activity.
Now in its 20th year, the awards recognise a wide range of charities that are innovative, exemplify best practice and deliver sustainable benefits to communities and society in general.
As a global, dedicated provider of financial advisory and assurance services to the international development community, our International Institutions & Donor Assurance team has always been committed to promoting best practice and highlighting the achievements of our clients and the wider sector. Our dedicated team performs assignments in more than 180 countries each year, providing a wide-range of services for both donors and recipients of funds, including assurance over global grant portfolios, due diligence of prospective partners, capacity building, consultancy and training. As such, we understand how important the effective and innovative delivery of humanitarian and development programmes are to beneficiary communities across the globe.
Therefore, we’re delighted to be associated with the International Aid & Development category, and look forward to hearing more inspirational stories of success from the shortlisted nominees – Twin & Twin Trading; Womankind Worldwide; and World Child Cancer UK – and finding out which organisation will follow on from last year’s winner – Tearfund.
Further details on the awards and each of the shortlisted organisations can be found at the dedicated website: www.charityawards.co.uk.
Best of luck to all those shortlisted – we look forward to celebrating the sector’s excellence with you on 5 June!
