Deal volumes in Q4 hits a five year quarterly peak, with 27 deal completions. However, overall value remains low reflecting a high volume of small, low value deals. Volumes were driven by:
- The resurgence in international investor interest;
- Continued early stage investment betting on future industry leaders; and
- ESG remaining a leading focus for investors across the country.
