The BDO Global Portal gives you the ability to elevate your digital experience with BDO, and it’s available to you around the clock. It’s a SharePoint platform which enables file storage and collaboration between you and your BDO adviser, in an easy-to-use environment.

The Getting Started with BDO Global Portal Guide provides step by step instructions to help you get set up and start using the portal.

The BDO Global Portal becomes available once you receive an invitation from your BDO adviser. Invitations come from no-reply@portal.bdo.global with the subject line “BDO Global Portal: Invitation to BDO Portal.”

After clicking the link:

  1. Log in using your credentials
  2. Accept the Terms & Conditions
  3. Update your profile settings

Once logged in, you can begin securely collaborating with your BDO team.

Training videos and article covering navigation, adding users, managing documents, and insights are available directly within the portal.

I’M HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING IN, WHAT SHOULD I DO? 

Contact our Global Portal support team either by emailing gpsupport@bdo.co.uk or call on 0208 057 1200 from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

WHAT IS THE BEST BROWSER TO USE?

The latest versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Safari are all supported to use with the Global Portal.  

DO I RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS?

You can control the Notifications you receive in your Profile page. Click on your initials in the top right-hand corner, Personal Settings, then select Notification Preferences. Once there, you can toggle your notifications on and off depending on your preferences. Don’t forget to adjust the notification frequency and hit save! 

WHY IS THERE A MICROSOFT HEADER IN BDO GLOBAL PORTAL?

Some features are supported by Microsoft because the BDO Global Portal runs on Microsoft SharePoint.  

WHO CAN I SEND A FEATURE SUGGESTION TO?
