The Getting Started with BDO Global Portal Guide provides step by step instructions to help you get set up and start using the portal.
The BDO Global Portal can be accessed when you have been invited to it by a BDO Adviser. Once invited, you will receive an email invitation to access the BDO Global Portal. Invitations to the BDO Global Portal will be sent from the address firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line BDO Global Portal: Invitation to BDO Portal. Click the link to accept the invitation, and you will be prompted to login, during which you will need to accept the Terms and Conditions. Once you have successfully accessed your account and updated your settings within your profile, you can begin collaborating with BDO in your secure Global Portal environment.

DO I RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS?
You can control the Notifications you receive in your Profile page. Click on your initials in the top right-hand corner, Personal Settings, then select Notification Preferences. Once there, you can toggle your notifications on and off depending on your preferences. Don’t forget to adjust the notification frequency and hit save!
WHY IS THERE A MICROSOFT HEADER IN BDO GLOBAL PORTAL?
Some features are supported by Microsoft because the BDO Global Portal runs on Microsoft SharePoint.
