BDO supports Winvia Entertainment plc on its IPO

Accountancy and business advisory firm BDO has acted as reporting accountant for Winvia Entertainment plc which has listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange today (3 November 2025).

Winvia Entertainment plc is a technology-led entertainment business operating in the UK prize draw market and Romanian online gaming sector.

The BDO project team, led by BDO partner Jo Davenport, included Ian Cooper, Ollie Woodward, Alex Karski, Jack Lindsay, Avanish Katkoria, Jack Polak, Jess Perrett, Daanyaal Khokhar (Financial due diligence), Daisy Boughtflower and Sam Brooks (Tax) and Ollie Chinneck, Marcus Steel, Jake Milton and Gaurav Garg (Audit).
