I lead the Life Sciences M&A team and have extensive experience advising business owners, investors and corporates. I advise on company sales, acquisitions and fundraising activities in the UK and internationally, spanning pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical services, medical technology and services, laboratories and multi-site private clinics.

Specifically, I've advised on transactions covering generics and speciality products, medtech, diagnostics, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, medical communications, market access, health economics, quality assurance and healthcare laboratories.

Before joining the firm, I worked within the M&A team of a FTSE 100 business focused on acquisitions, divestments and minority investments, giving me a distinctive insight into the acquirer's perspective. I'm passionate about using my experience and relationships to support clients in the life sciences sector to realise their growth strategies.
