Alex Mackay

Alex has extensive experience of working with entrepreneurs, corporates and private equity on a wide range of M&A transactions, principally within the Life Sciences sector.

His focus is on supporting clients in achieving their growth strategies and objectives, with an emphasis on building long-term relationships. In addition to Life Sciences, he has worked across a wide range of sectors including the consumer, financial services, industrials, information services, manufacturing, media and technology sectors.

Alex previously worked within the M&A team of a FTSE 50 corporate focused on acquisitions, divestments and minority investments into companies ranging from start-ups to multinationals, giving him a distinctive insight into perspective of an acquirer.
