I'm a Partner based in London specialising in transfer pricing and international tax.

I've worked in tax since 1984 and have specialised in international tax and transfer pricing for over 30 years. I've advised clients on a wide range of international tax matters including tax-efficient cross-border structuring and financing, mergers, acquisitions and disposals, profit repatriation and the exploitation of intellectual property. My work is characterised by my ability to provide pragmatic and practical solutions.

I am widely recognised for my deep technical expertise, for the design and implementation of defensible global transfer pricing policies, and for my ability to provide pragmatic and practical approach to transfer pricing risk management, documentation, and dispute resolution.
