I'm an Audit Partner and Head of India Advisory Services with more than 25 years' experience advising boards, audit committees, investors and management teams on governance, financial reporting, assurance and international growth. Organisations come to me when they need practical advice on managing complexity, strengthening oversight and supporting strategic business decisions.

I work with entrepreneurial businesses, private equity-backed companies and multinational groups reporting under IFRS and US GAAP. Having built my career across both professional services and industry, including roles as an auditor and Financial Controller, I bring a commercial perspective to governance, risk management and financial reporting challenges. I also serve on governance and oversight boards, including as an Audit Committee Chairman, which gives me first-hand insight into the expectations of regulators, investors and stakeholders.

I have supported businesses through IPOs, listings, fundraisings and public company reporting requirements across the UK, US, India and Singapore. Working alongside management teams, investors, legal advisers and investment banks, I help organisations navigate the assurance, reporting and governance requirements needed to access capital markets and support long-term growth.
