I'm a Partner in our Global Employer Services team, specialising in expatriate tax with a particular focus on social security and international pensions.

With nearly 20 years' experience, I advise employers on the tax, social security, payroll and pension issues that arise when moving employees globally, whether on assignment or as a result of the increasing trend in remote working. My advice covers all aspects of an international assignment, from where the assignee should be paid to the policies an employer should implement to manage their international population. I pride myself on delivering pragmatic, easy-to-understand solutions to complex cross-border issues.

Before joining in 2013, I worked for two Big Four firms. My client portfolio ranges from individuals and businesses taking their first steps overseas to large listed international companies with sizeable expatriate populations.
