Executive summary

I'm a specialist in the industrial products, technology and services sector, leading buy-side and sell-side commercial due diligence, vendor assist and growth strategy development. My team works across the full spectrum of the sector, encompassing a wide variety of business models.

My client base consists primarily of private equity funds and their portfolio companies, as well as other mid-market corporates. In a deal environment, I've worked on a wide range of deal sizes, from pre-revenue companies to those with multiple hundreds of millions of EBITDA, in the UK, Europe and the US. I help investors understand the investment opportunity from a market and customer perspective: what drives the market, how fast it's growing, what risks are emerging and how defensible the business's positioning is.

In a strategic environment, I help clients answer specific growth questions around market entry, channel strategy and customer strategy. Before joining the firm, I spent 15 years at PwC (now Strategy&) and seven years at EY-Parthenon, equally focused on industrial products, technology and services.
