Daniel Turner

I'm a highly recognised accounting expert witness with over 23 years of experience, the last 18 specialising in forensic accounting for commercial disputes and financial investigations. I'm a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

I work with clients and legal professionals across a range of sectors including Construction, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Retail, Sports and Entertainment and Oil and Gas. I'm regularly appointed as an expert in the assessment of damages and loss of profits for matters including breach of contract, shareholder and joint venture disputes, transactional disputes, post-M&A earn-out disputes and professional negligence.

I'm listed in Who's Who Legal 2024 for Commercial Litigation and the Lexology 2025 Index for Expert Forensic Accountants. Over the past 18 years, I've prepared expert reports under many court and arbitral proceedings and given oral evidence in the English High Court, DIFC Courts and international arbitrations.

Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my family and supporting my two young daughters across a mix of sports.
