David joined BDO over 25 years ago, and is a partner in the Consumer Markets team specialising in leisure and hospitality. He works very closely with a broad network of operators and investors, and he has guided many clients through a wide range of transactional, restructuring and compliance issues on the private and public markets. His client base has also involved experience of a wide range of operating structures including owner operators, joint ventures, franchises and management agreements, in the UK and overseas.

David is committed to ensuring clients receive timely, accurate and valuable support at all times, and would always be happy to catch up to share knowledge and insight, and to ensure BDO delivers the best customer experience possible.

Restaurant and bar experience includes Soho House, Caprice Holdings, Gordon Ramsay, Hakkasan, Giraffe, D&D Restaurants, Côte, Bill’s, Busaba, JKS Restaurants, Novus Leisure, Be at One, Drake & Morgan, Rhubarb, Dishoom, Krispy Kreme, West Cornwall Pasty and Subway. Other leisure sector experience includes Playtech plc, Snoozebox plc, matchbook.com, Arora Hotels, Premier Hotels (Four Seasons and Marriott), Easyhotel plc and Wentworth Golf Club.
