I'm a Partner within our Global Employer Services team, specialising in assisting companies with the management of their global expatriate workforce. My advice covers tax, social security, payroll, administrative and overall compliance for organisations accessing a global talent pool. I have a particular focus in the Technology, Media and Telecoms sector.

With over 17 years' experience across complex cross-border projects, I help companies entering new countries of operation and identifying the best methods to engage their global workforce, covering both employees and contractors. I also support organisations with historical non-compliance, including preparing and submitting disclosures to international tax authorities.

I'm a Chartered Tax Adviser and regular speaker at client and internal conferences. I provide technical insight to the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals, regularly writing articles for their monthly magazine.
