Diane Elliott

I'm a Principal in the Valuations team, specialising in tax, matrimonial, commercial and expert witness valuations for UK and international clients. I lead our tax and family law valuation practices.

I have extensive expertise across fiscal, commercial and expert witness valuations. My work includes reports for matrimonial purposes, shareholder disputes, business restructuring and refinancing as well as valuations for personal and corporate tax planning. I have particular expertise in financial services, crypto assets, technology, retail and media sectors, including the valuation of music, literary and film catalogues.

I'm a Fellow of the ICAEW and a member of RICS and Resolution. I regularly lecture on valuation issues and co-authored several editions of Practical Share Valuation, the leading text on the subject.
