I'm a Deal Advisory Partner based in Reading, leading our M&A team in the South. I have over 20 years' experience completing mid-market deals and have been based in the Thames Valley since 1997, where I'm regarded as one of the most active advisers in the region.

I work with a wide range of clients but have built an outstanding reputation for technology and specialist engineering deals, many of them private equity-backed. My focus is on sell-side and buy-side mandates for mid-market businesses, particularly founder-led and PE-backed companies looking to realise value or accelerate growth through acquisition.
