Frederic Larquetoux

I'm a Financial Reporting and Corporate Reporting Advisory Partner in the Business Services and Outsourcing team. Throughout my 25-year career in the UK, I've been dedicated to helping CFOs and finance teams fulfil their stewardship and business partnering roles to foster trust and confidence in financial reporting.

I qualified in France as an Expert-Comptable and am a Fellow of the ICAEW. I've also passed the IFRS Foundation's Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting qualification.

I work with CFOs and finance teams of larger or international PE-owned companies and listed businesses, typically when pressure points arise from accounting and regulatory changes, M&A activity, one-off complex transactions, listing and financing activity or skill shortfalls. My specialisms include group-wide application of complex IFRS and UK GAAP, acquisition and carve-out accounting, and developing remediation strategies for accounting errors.
