I'm a Partner based in London, leading our Global Capital Markets (EMEA) practice. I support our clients across all aspects of US reporting, including complex capital markets transactions.

I specialise in SEC Reporting and accounting conversions to US GAAP and IFRS. I advise on US IPOs, debt and equity cross-border transactions including Regulation S and Rule 144A Offerings, as well as Registered Offerings. I provide technical oversight, review and approval on US accounting and SEC reporting filings. I work across a number of sectors including sports, gaming, technology and biotech.
