Gemma Flanagan

I'm a Partner in the Valuations team, providing valuation advice to private and public companies with a particular focus on supporting private equity houses and their portfolio companies.

I work across a range of industries where transactions are often a fundamental part of business strategy. I work collaboratively with clients to provide valuation support at all stages of the company or PE house lifecycle. I specialise in valuations for tax purposes, financial reporting and commercial purposes, including portfolio valuations for private equity firms.

Before joining the Valuations team, I was a senior audit manager in the Consumer Markets team, working with privately owned entrepreneurial businesses through to multinationals in retail, leisure and hospitality. Drawing on over 20 years' experience, my approach is to build strong, long-standing relationships and offer insightful, expert advice. I'm a Fellow of the ICAEW.
