I head up the Deals practice, which brings together Business Restructuring, M&A, Transaction Services and Forensics and Valuations Services. It's a broad remit and I'm fortunate to work alongside some exceptional people across each of these disciplines.

Before taking on this role, I was National Head of M&A, Strategy and Commercial Due Diligence. My specialist interest lies in healthcare and life sciences. I spent many years as a doctor specialising in cardiothoracic surgery, so I understand the sector from the inside. That clinical background, combined with experience at the Boston Consulting Group and KPMG, means I bring a distinctive perspective to commercial due diligence and strategy work.

I've led multiple CDD and strategy engagements across med tech, pharma, health and social care, both in the UK and internationally. Whether a client is looking to acquire, divest or simply understand their competitive position, I help them cut through complexity and make well-informed decisions.
