As the National Head of Business Services & Outsourcing (BSO), I lead a team of more than 500 specialists delivering finance and accounting services to business, finance and HR leaders across scaling, mid-market, and global organisations to drive growth and long-term sustainable value. I am passionate about combining our human expertise with cutting edge technology to provide AI-enabled, data-driven outsourced solutions. Our vision is to redefine the Finance Function for our clients, transforming it into a strategic powerhouse, enabling them to navigate opportunities and challenges and ultimately future proof their finance function.

In my role as National Head of Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT), our team of 350 sector experts deliver a full range of assurance, tax, and advisory solutions to TMT businesses throughout every stage of the lifecycle: from scale-up through to public markets. I'm known as a trusted advisor for my ability to navigate complex business challenges and develop innovative solutions. With a keen understanding of market dynamics and trends, I offer actionable insights that empower organisations to make informed decisions.

My collaborative approach, combined with strong analytical skills, allows me to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. With three decades of experience in finance and accounting, I have extensive expertise in driving business growth, whether through optimising finance and reporting processes or assisting clients with their global expansion plans.

I work closely with overseas headquartered businesses and affiliates of listed groups and have developed close relationships with BDO US and other BDO Global firms to support our clients wherever they operate.
