I'm an Audit Partner in our Southampton office with over 20 years' experience supporting organisations through complex assurance, accounting and financial reporting challenges. I work with a diverse client base, from multinational groups to private equity backed businesses and entrepreneurial private companies, with a strong focus on audit quality and long-term value creation.

I have deep industry expertise in Retail and Consumer Markets, alongside broad experience across Technology, Manufacturing and service-based sectors. I combine strong technical capability with a commercial, pragmatic mindset, helping you navigate complexity, strengthen governance and make well-informed decisions with confidence. I'm particularly passionate about the retail sector and the role high-quality assurance plays in building trust, resilience and performance.

I especially enjoy working with private equity backed businesses, partnering closely with management teams and investors to strengthen financial reporting and controls, and to support businesses through periods of rapid growth, transformation and exit. I've led large, multi-location audit teams across the UK, US, Europe, China, Australia and New Zealand, taking clear accountability for outcomes and bringing pace, hands-on leadership and a real commitment to developing high performing teams.
