I have over 23 years' experience delivering a wide range of contentious and non-contentious forensic accounting engagements, acting as expert witness and undertaking financial and regulatory investigations in the UK and overseas.

My work includes quantifying damages in other breach of contract, tortious and intellectual property infringement claims, advising on sale and purchase agreement disputes, valuing minority shareholder and joint venture disputes, contract compliance reviews (particularly in oil and gas, royalties and licensing), and financial reporting, regulatory and compliance investigations.

I've advised in both High Court and overseas disputes as well as international commercial and investor-state arbitrations. I've undertaken investigations on behalf of the FCA, FRC, European Commission and CMA and legacy regulators, and I'm responsible for the firm's competition law monitoring trustee services. My experience covers oil and gas, natural resources, life sciences, transport and financial services.
