Executive summary
I have over 15 years' experience leading complex audits for clients going through change and transformation, supporting businesses from fast-growth SMEs to global listed groups. I lead the consumer markets sector in the Midlands and have significant experience working with UK and international brands.
I lead teams on audits of listed, large multinational and entrepreneurially minded businesses, with extensive technical knowledge in areas such as fair value accounting, disposals, impairment, financial instruments and IFRS and US GAAP conversions. I've also been involved in projects advising entities on IPO readiness, improvement in internal controls and the impact of changes in accounting standards.
I advise businesses on navigating audit regulatory changes and audit tender processes, including multinational FTSE 350 companies on financial reporting and corporate governance. I'm also People Leader for Audit and Head of the Nottingham office.
