Executive summary

I lead BDO's retail and consumer brands M&A team. Many of my clients are ambitious high-growth companies with entrepreneurial management teams who require commercial advice and support to ensure strategic plans and forecasts are robust. Transactions are typically valued between £15m and £150m.

I also have significant industry experience, having completed two retail secondments: at Karen Millen as Director of Finance and at Lola Rose as Finance Consultant. That hands-on commercial experience gives me a practical understanding of the challenges consumer businesses face.

We work with consumer brands looking at fundraising, minority and full company exits, corporates looking at retail cave outs, and buy side advisory work with corporates and private equity firms looking to acquire in the retail and consumer space. My recent transaction experience includes deals across fashion & accessories, food & beverage, pet, health wellness & beauty.
